All fitness programmes and sessions vary over each session and are tailored to the individual’s age, level and need, which will build your confidence and fitness levels. The aim with GND fitness coaching is to provide an opportunity to gain an understanding and practice of holistic fitness.

GND Superman programme
This 4-week rolling fitness programme will cover core work, middle distance running, sprinting and fitness circuits across the 4 weeks. The sessions will also embed any additional areas you want to focus on.
There are 4 different sessions over the programme. The GND Rocky Challenge session is a mixture of hill and valley running, core work and stair sprints. The GND Mid Distance session is located in a set of 1 mile runs then core work. The GND Sprints session is a combination of short sprints, core work and stair runs. The Hill Runs session combines hills sprints and core work.
During each session, your performance will be monitored and recorded at your request so that you have indicators to work towards and beat as you progress through the programme.
Once you have completed the 4-week programme, the programme starts over again with the aim of beating your previous scores. This becomes the true test of fitness and toning the body.
Each session is approximately 1 hour and is ideal for elite athletes or those who want to improve a specific area of their fitness at a high level. The age range for this programme starts from 12 years old to adult age. Sessions are based in the South East London area, however we can travel to you! GND Fitness session
Want to have that cut body look or simply improve your levels of fitness? GND Fitness sessions are the ultimate way to get and stay fit. These sessions will work towards your goals and will challenge your mental strength and fitness levels.
Each session is approximately 1 hour and is ideal for you if you want to:
fine tune an area of your body
test all areas of your fitness levels
experience creative training methods

Box 1on1 for women
Have you tried boxing? Do you want to use it as a way to support your health and fitness? Box 1on1 offers 1:1 boxing pad work sessions for women, trained by a woman. Your personal trainer Priya, has over 10 years’ experience in pad work and fitness, and is a black belt in taekwondo.
The 45-minute session is entirely tailored to your needs and includes:
body weight exercises
These intensive but fun sessions will support and benefit you in many ways including:
improving balance, technique and coordination
All abilities are welcome, a free mini taster session is on offer to get you started and ‘bring a friend’ sessions are available.
Sessions are based in South East London. Travelling to you is also available at an additional cost.
